Trading hours
Monday to Friday 09h00 - 17h00.  Saturdays 09h00 - 13h00.  We are closed on Sundays and Public Holidays.

Products and Pricing

To guarantee your diamond full payment is needed. Our prices are subject to change without notice. We apologize for any inconvenience that this may cause you. If you are interested in a specific diamond, contact us in order for us to confirm if it is available. Sometimes a diamond can go out of stock before we are able to post the notification on the site. If this happens, we will notify you personally by email or telephone call so we can help you find another diamond.

Special orders
We want to help you find the perfect diamond. If you know what you are looking for, contact us and request the exact diamond you want. We can even help you source fancy coloured diamonds. Please email us at arno.gerber@gmail.com for your special order.  

Payment of diamonds:
For your convenience, we offer the following payment methods: Payment through your bank via the internet or we do accept cash.

Deliveries
We offer secure delivery throughout South Africa via well known trusted courier companies. We fully insure each order all the way until it has reached you. You are always risk-free. Quotations for each order will be done separately. Transport and delivery costs may vary from time to time.

How do I order a diamond?
Please email us at arno.gerber@gmail.com or phone us on +27 84 873 4652. We can then confirm the correct price and availability of the diamond you would like to purchase.

When do I have to pay?
When we receive your final order we send you a final quotation with the total amount in ZAR. We then require a 50% deposit in order for us to secure your diamond and the balance before we courier the diamond. You can pay via one of the above mentioned methods.

When do I receive my order?
We will send your order as soon as we have received full payment or valid proof of payment. Deliveries takes approx. 24 hours to reach you anywhere in South Africa. We unfortunately do not send orders on Fridays or over weekends.

Return Policies:
All the diamonds we sell over 0.30ct are certified. The certificates are from E.G.L South Africa or DIA South Africa. There should be no problems concerning size, colour, clarity or cut. We will email or fax a copy of the certificate before you order the diamond on request. If for some reason the diamond and the certificate we sent does not match we will gladly refund the diamond purchased.
